Avatar opens upscale amenity complex at Isles of BellalagoSM

The island-like lifestyle at the Isles of Bellalago^SM just got twice as nice as Avatar Properties Inc. opened an upscale clubhouse and amenity complex to complement the multi-million dollar clubhouse and amenity complex already in place at Bellalago^SM.

At over 5,000 sq. ft., a Tuscan-style clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness center, free-form zero-entry pool, heated spa, children’s water park, and tot lot are now open at the Isles of Bellalago^SM where each of four residential neighborhoods is accessed by a bridge spanning water to give the illusion of driving onto an island.

Other amenities at Bellalago^SM include tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a playground, a 1,300-foot-long boardwalk with gazebo on Lake Toho, a boat ramp and lift at Lake Toho, a labyrinth of walking and biking trails throughout the community, access to over 300 acres of inland lakes and waterways, and 400 acres of conservation areas and nature preserves.

Residents of Bellalago^SM and the Isles of Bellalago^SM also have use of all recreational amenities at Bellalago Academy, a unique K-8 charter school located in Bellalago^SM. The school’s recreational

facilities include a multi-purpose gymnasium, softball fields, tennis courts and an oval running track.

Students in grades 9-12 will attend the new $49 million Liberty High School which opened for classes August 20, 2007 and is located adjacent to the Isles of Bellalago^SM on Pleasant Hill Road.
