Builder magazine features Avatar’s Hot Selling Bellalago

Avatar Properties' award-winning and highly successful gated community of Bellalago, nestled alongside Lake Tohopekaliga in Osceola County, was the featured community in Builder magazine's Hot Sellers segment on fast-moving communities.

The article, which appeared in the July issue of the Washington, D.C.-based national building trade publication, noted that “Avatar pulled out all the stops with this 1,313-acre community” that “boasts conservation preserves, lakes (man-made and natural), a multi-million dollar amenity complex, and a well-priced package of designer homes that appeal to all levels of the market.”

The magazine’s article featured a photo of Bellalago’s best-selling Venezia model, a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence with 3,162 sq. ft. of living area, and pinpointed reasons why Bellalago generated 738 sales between January 2003 and April 2005.
